The island of Sumba is well known of its sandlewood, horses, impressive megalithic tombs, typical hand woven textile ("ikat"), and still untouched beautiful beaches. There are two entering point in to Sumba island from anywhere in the Lesser Waingapu & Waikabubak (Tambolaka). These are the people could enter Sumba for either by flight or boat.

10D/9N Komodo – Flores - Sumba Weaving Adventure Tours

Day 01: Denpasar - Labuan Bajo – Rinca Island – Komodo Island (L.D)
Pick up from your hotel in Bali and transfer to the airport, for flight to Labuan Bajo (West Flores) for approximately one and half hours. On arrival in Labuan Bajo airport, will be welcomed and met with our local , Representative or tour guide. Than transfer to the harbor to catch a boat cross to Rinca Island. Lunch will serve on boat. On arrival start you’re trekking, walking to the forest to explore the wild Komodo Dragons and other wild animals (deer, pig, monkey, buffalo, horses and many kind of birds). The A local ranger will lead you to enter this nature preservation. Dinner and overnight on boat in Kalong Komodo Island.

Day 02: Komodo Island – Pink Beach – Labuan Bajo (B.L.D)
Breakfast on board, cross and short sailing to enter the Komodo National Park. You trekking and see the komodo dragons as you do in Rinca Island. After see dragons in Komodo Island, direct to the board proceed continue the trip to pantai merah (Pink beach). Amongst of colour full tropical fish. Lunch provided on board. Afterwards sail back to Labuan Bajo, on arrival visiting Mirror Cave (Batu Cermin). Dinner and overnight at GOLO HILTOP Hotel.

Day 03: Labuan Bajo – Ruteng (B.L.D)
Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast proceed continue drive to Ruteng. On the way to Ruteng, will stop in Lembor enjoy the panoramic of Spider Rice filed. On arrival in Ruteng, direct check in at Susteran Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Ruteng – Bajawa (B.L.D)
Early morning take a fresh walking up to Golocuru hill top to witness the golden sun rice and enjoy the panoramic view of Ranaka volcano. Breakfast at the hotel and drive continue to Bajawa, stop in Mano village see the terraces rice field and stop in Ranamese lake to made pictures. Than continue drive with stop in Aimere to see the arak, distillation and fresh palm juice topping in Aimere. Lunch will be served and local restaurant at Aimere. Drive up to Bajawa direct to Bena traditional house. Dinner and overnight at Edelweis Hotel. In the afternoon drive to SOA to enjoy the hot spring water

Day 05: Bajawa – Detusoko (B.L.D)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning direct to Detusoko. On the way to Detusoko stop at Nanga Penda see the blue stone in Ende. Lunch at local restaurant. Arrival at Detusoko direct check in at Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 06: Detusoko – Kelimutu – Maumere - Bali (B.L.D)
This trip will start at 04.30 am, drive up to the amazing view of tree coloured lakes of Kelimutu and enjoy the sunrise. Get back to the car, then continue the trip to Maumere. Lunch will get served at local restaurant. On the way to Maumere will visit Jopu Traditional House and Sikka weaving village. Arrive in Maumere, direct check in at Permata Sari Hotel for overnight and dinner at local restaurant.

Day 07: Maumere – Sumba (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the Airport for flight to Sumba. On arrival in Sumba, will well come and meet bay our local representative then direct transfer the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Sumba Tambulaka - Waikabubak (B.L.D)
Breakfast at hotel, start your to Visit Prai Ijing, Tarong and Waitabar Village near by Waikabubak, down to Local market of Waikabubak and stop at Algadri Artshop ( Best Collection of Sumba Antique in the City, return to hotel for afternoon coffee, dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Sumba Waikabubak - Waingapu (B.L.D)
After breakfast at Hotel, check out and start drive overland to Waingapu ( East of Sumba ) within 137 kms distance . On the way stop can be made to PASUNGA village to see the Greatest stone Grave and the traditional houses of Sumbanese . Arrive in Waingapu continue to Hotel for check in and Lunch at HOTEL MERLIN Or Similar . Afternoon with 2 hours drive to PAU DAN RENDE Village to see the Kingdom of Greatest stone grave and some of the traditional houses which one of them its wall build from the Buffalo skin and as the center of Ikat traditional weaving .We pass thought the MELOLO . on the way we can enjoy the widest and beautiful view of grass field with its cattle’s. Afternoon drive back to Hotel. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Sumba Waingapu - Bali (B.L.D)
After breakfast at Hotel, free until time to transfer to Airport for flight to Bali or your next destination .
